Each piece of jewellery will arrive in a beautiful Jayce Wong branded velvet pouch and/or box. For your piece of mind we package all pieces safely and securely.
1.2.1 Stock items are usually dispatched within 2 working days. Delivery is classed as complete when we deliver the products to the address you provided at the point of purchase best replica watches. If no one is at the premises to sign for your order, your delivery will be taken to your nearest Royal Mail Post Office. The Products are your responsibility from completion of delivery.
1.2.2 Your order will be delivered on or around the estimated delivery date set out in the dispatch confirmation e-mail. If there is an event outside our control and we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, we will contact you with a revised date.
1.2.3 All items will be sent securely via Royal Mail Special Delivery or other approved courier provider (for premium same-day service). All deliveries are insured and will need to be signed for.
1.3 Delivery Options and Prices
(a) STANDARD NEXT DAY DELIVERY WITHIN THE UK (including Northern Ireland): £8;
(b) DELIVERY TO EUROPEAN COUNTRIES AND REPUBLIC OF IRELAND: £15 (Usually arrives within 3 working days of dispatch);
(c) INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (all other countries): £20 (Usually arrives within 5 working days of dispatch);
(d) SAME-DAY DELIVERY (to London postcodes only): £15 (time of arrival will be confirmed by phone – we accept orders for same day delivery up until 2pm)
1.4 International Delivery
1.4.1 If you order products from our site for delivery to an international destination, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which will be applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount.
1.4.2 You will be responsible for payment of these charges or any such import duty/tax. Please contact your local customs office for further information before ordering.
1.4.3 You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country or jurisdiction for which the products are destined. We cannot accept any responsibility if you break any such laws or regulations.
1.5 Track Your Order
With regard to all delivery methods, except same-day delivery, you will be able to track your order using the Royal Mail website and entering the code provided in your dispatch email. You will not be able to track a couriered order.
1.6 Lost Deliveries
If your item does not arrive within the estimated delivery time please use the tracking number supplied in the dispatch email to track your parcel via the Royal Mail website. All items are insured, however, for UK deliveries, JAYCE WONG LTD will not replace or refund lost items until 20 working days after the initial date of dispatch (as noted in your dispatch email). For international deliveries lost items will not be replaced or refunded until 30 working days after the initial date of dispatch. Time frames are set in accordance with those specified by Royal Mail in determining when an item is classified as being lost.
2 Exchange and Returns
2.1 In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your Jayce Wong purchase, you can return your items to us and we will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund.
2.2 To return your goods a Return Authorisation number (“RA number”) must be requested by emailing email@example.com. Your RA number must be requested within 7 working days of delivery. All goods (including all of UK, Europe and International delivery) must be returned within 7 working days of issuing your RA number.
2.3 You are able to exchange your item(s) for either of the following;
2.3.1 Another colour,or size: provided the price is the same no additional payment is necessary. Postage costs will apply.
2.3.2 Another item with a different price: the difference will either be refunded or applied to your original method of payment. Postage costs will apply.
2.4 Goods must be returned in perfect condition, both undamaged and unworn and must be returned with the original packaging. If goods are returned with any sign or damage or wear they will not be refunded or replaced.
2.5 We recommend returns using an insured and dependable postal service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery. JAYCE WONG LTD accepts no liability for any loss or damage to goods that are returned uninsured and goods must be insured for their full value.
2.6 Cancelling your order
You have the right to cancel your order with us provided you do so before the dispatch e-mail has been received and the contract entered into. To cancel your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
2.7.1 If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered, are damaged or an incorrect quantity, JAYCE WONG LTD accepts no liability unless you have notified us via email at email@example.com within 7 working days of delivery of the goods in question.
2.7.2 Provided you notify us within 7 working days of delivery, JAYCE WONG LTD will either replace any damaged goods, refund the amount paid by you for the goods in question (upon their return, subject to paragraph 6.5 above) or make good any shortage or non delivery.
2.7.3 We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit. Nor do we accept responsibility for postage or shipping costs on returned items (whether for exchange or refund). Customs duties and sales taxes are also non-refundable.
Please note that bespoke pieces and pieces altered at a customer’s request are excluded from our returns policy. We are not able to offer a refund or exchange on any bespoke pieces or any pieces altered at a customer’s request.
