- Payment Terms
All of our prices are in UK. You will be billed in UK Pounds and if you purchase from outside the UK, currency fluctuations and credit card charges may make a difference to the amount billed on your credit card.
Payments are accepted through PayPal via the website, using your PayPal account or major credit or debit card.
Please email info@jaycewong.com if you are paying by cheque and we will send you further payment instructions. Full cheque guarantee card details should be written on the back of the cheque, along with the registered address of the card. Cheques should be made payable to JAYCE WONG LTD.
Stock Availability & Delivery
Each piece of Jayce Wong jewellery arrives in a bespoke velvet pouch.
Stock items are usually dispatched within 2 working days of clearing payment, and notification of the dispatch is sent to you by email. However if the item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay. We will dispatch your order as soon as the item arrives back in stock, and send you an email to confirm that your order has been sent.
All items will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery or alternative courier to addresses within the UK. Only one delivery charge will be applied to your order, providing that it is all being delivered to the same address. If you wish to have the item delivered to an alternative address please specify by email or phone when placing the order. All our deliveries are insured and will need to be signed for.
Delivery to addresses within the UK: £8
Delivery to European Countries: £15
International Delivery (rest of the world): £20
Exchange & Return
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return the items to us and we will be happy to exchange or refund providing the goods are returned in perfect condition in their original packaging. Please note bespoke items and special orders cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstance. We will not accept return of any items that have been worn or have their tags removed. We strongly advise our customers to check their purchase thoroughly before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
A Return Authorisation (RA) number must be requested by emailing us at info@jaycewong.com within 7 days of delivery. All goods (within UK and International) should be return within 7 days of issuing your RA number. We strongly recommend that you send your order back to us by recorded delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Please be aware that shipping cost, international customs duties and sales taxes are not refundable.
If you would like to exchange your purchase for an alternative item, please contact us at info@jaycewong.com. Exchange items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and have undergone a quality control check.
